Management member of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Thomas Boakye Agyemang has given the clearest indication that his outfit has what it takes to crash out CARA Brazzaville in the second league of the CAF Confederations Cup.

The Reds will face the Congolese club in Brazzaville in the preliminary round of the competition.

With a slight advantage ahead of the clash after squandering three penalties in the first league, the FA Cup champions will be hoping to get good results.

And Boakye Agyemang has insisted that the club what it takes to progress to the next round of the competition.

“We are going to Brazzaville with an ambition of beating them but I know they [CARA] will attack us but we don’t have to sit at the back without scoring,” he told the media.

“They need to attack us and that is what we also have to plan for because we believe Steve Pollack and Akakpo Patron have what it takes to eliminate CARA out of the competition.

“The players are well positioned and they have everything that they need and the best thing the players need to do is to win for these million supporters and Ghana in general and I know the players are ready for that,” he added.
