The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Aduana Stars, Albert Commey says reports that they haven't paid their players are false.

Recent reports stated that, players of Aduana has not been paid salary and bonuses for three months.

But Albert Commey in an interview with Kumasi based radio station Kessben FM stated that all those reports are untrue.

“There is no issue about unpaid salary. The players who were complaining about salary were ignorant about contractual issue. Those complaining about the salary were the players who were out of contract and negotiating for contract renewal” said Commey.

“At that time, [they] were not part of the club. We were not obliged to pay them. The club can only pay you after renewing your contract but not when you are negotiating” he stated.
