Aduana Stars Godfred Saka optimistic of beating Techiman City

Aduana Stars skipper, Godfred Saka, has described their Sunday's clash with Techiman City as a must-win match to boost their chances of clinching the Premier League title.

Saka noted that a slip by Aduana S tars could end their title hopes, hence their preparedness to defeat Techiman City at all cost. Aduana Stars are second on the league log with 45 points and trail leaders, Wa All Stars, by three points as the season enters it closing stages.

Speaking to Graphic Sports in an interview, Saka said, “The match is a must win one and we are prepared to treat it as such.

“As you know, a draw or loss can end our hopes of winning the title so we are focused on beating them to stand a chance of competing for the trophy," Saka added.

Talking about his team's preparation, the 27-year-old defender noted that all his teammates were fit to play on Sunday. He, however, admitted that their last three matches were very crucial but promised that Aduana Stars would do everything possible to maintain their momentum.
