The agent of Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel has played down talk of a permanent move to PSV Eindhoven.
It's been suggested PSV are offering €6.7 million to sign Van Ginkel outright, but agent Karel Jansen has cooled such reports.
"I'm waiting for a phone call from Chelsea. That could happen tonight, but it can take a few days," he said yesterday.
On talk of a cash bid, Jansen continued: "There are budgets, that's surprised me. I'm thinking at this time still of a loan."
Van Ginkel, who spent last season on-loan at PSV, is tied to Chelsea until 2019.
