Ajax defender Davinson Sanchez has agreed personal terms with Tottenham.
The Colombia international is the subject of intense negotiations between the two clubs over a fee.
De Telegraaf says Sanchez has settled on a five-year contract proposal with Spurs representatives.
However, a fee is still to be agreed, with the Londoners reluctant to go higher than €40m - while Ajax are demanding €50m.
Ajax chief Marc Overmars knows he's in a strong position, with Chelsea and Real Madrid also in contact.
