Ghana having played at the last three finals could not make a fourth appearance- after losing the slot to the Pharoahs of Egypt.
Duncan, who played a part in the qualifiers says they have to draw the positives from their failure to qualify.
He posted on his twitter page ''Disappointed the race ended early but at least something was learnt.. Unity and commitment will lead us somewhere some day. Come on š¬š,'' Duncan post on his Twitter account.
