Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger says Financial Fair Play should be abandoned.
Wenger believes the laws simply cannot be "enforced" after the spending of the likes of PSG.
He told Telefoot: "There is a form of deregulation. I say, I was a strong supporter of Fair Play Financial. Today, I come to a different conclusion.
"It should be deleted because there is nothing worse than rules that can not be enforced. And then there are investors who would like to arrive, they should open the door. Now you have to keep the management control of the clubs.
"But the FFP will struggle to survive."
