Kumasi Asante Kotoko have been paired against Bechem United in an all Premier League contest at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in the MTN FA Cup quarter finals.
Kotoko who lost to Medeama in last year's finals will be hoping to defeat Bechem to get to the semi-final as they seek to wrestle the title back to Kumasi.
In the other pairings, Premier League leaders, Wa All Stars will play Wa Rockets in a regional derby while Liberty Professionals host Division One side Elmina Sharks at the Dansoman in Accra.
West African Football Academy (WAFA) travel to Nkawkaw to play Okwahu United who are in fine form in the second-tier league.
