Brazilian coach Ricardo Da Rocha has been linked with the vacant coaching role at Asante Kotoko despite the club refusing to accept coach Fabin's decision to resign.
According to reliable sources, the former Ebusua Dwarfs gaffer has held advanced talks with some management members of the club.
Scottish and ex-Hearts of Oak trainer FraNuttall and former Aduana Stars coach Yusif Abubakar have also been linked to the job.
The club is expected to make a decision in the coming days.
Meanwhile the second leg friendly tie between the club and Ashantigold scheduled for this Sunday in Obuasi has officially been postponed to September 23 due to Fabin’s resignation.
