Asante Kotoko part ways with sluggish Saddick Adams

Published on: 11 May 2018

Asante Kotoko part ways with striker Saddick Adams after failing to live up to expectation.

The former Berekum Chelsea goal poacher has failed to impress since joining the Reds.

Saddick has been slammed by the supporters of the club for showing less commitment ever since arriving at the club.

In a massive shake-up exercise done by the club’s technical team on Friday evening, the former Ghana U-17 forward has been told his services will not be required.

Sadick joined the club in May 2017 and scored a hat-trick against Hearts of Oak as Kotoko beat their rivals 3-1 to lift the 2017 MTN FA Cup.

Seth Opare, Baba Mahama, Eric Donkor, Frank Sarfo Gyamfi, Edwin Tuffour Frimpong and Yakubu Mohammed have all been told their services are no more required.

The Dr Kwame Kyei led administration now looks to focus on youth development and young talents.
