Atletico Madrid will insert a buyout clause into Diego Costa's contract.
Atletico formally announced the signing of Costa from Chelsea yesterday.
The plan is for the striker to play out the season on-loan - with the deal to kickoff from January 1. He will then sign permanently in June.
And Marca says the contract will include a €200m buyout clause - primarily to protect them from Chinese clubs.
It is only over the last year that Atletico have been inserting such clauses in their player deals.
