Head of the Black Maidens management committee Augustine Asante says they have not set any target for the team in this year’s FIFA U17 World Cup in Jordan.
The team have arrived in Amman, Jordan to prepare for the tournament which begins on September 30-October 21.
Augustine Asante, leader of delegation is full of confidence the team will do better than the 2014 edition but says they have not been handed any target.
“We have not set any targets for the ladies because these are young ones. We don’t want to put any pressure on them. We are going there to do our best and in 2012 when we were going there nobody thought we would get to the stage we got to.”
The Black Maidens are in Group D, a group that includes defending Champions Japan, USA and Paraguay.
