Ghana defender Baba Rahman has held talks with Chelsea manager Antonio Conte on his future at the club.
Rahman has been out of action since January after picking up an injury at the Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon.
His career at the Blues has not gone the way many expected after a £14 million pound move from German side Augsburg.
Under Jose Mourinho and then Hiddink, he made 23 appearances in what was a turbulent first season at Stamford Bridge.
He left for loan at Schalke 04 last season and could have had that move permanent if not for injury.
The former Dreams FC player has started training at Cobham and reports in the English media indicate Antonio Conte is likely to hand him a second chance.
