Bechem United coach Manuel Zacharias feels some people at the club are undermining his work.
The Portuguese trainer has had issues with the top management of the club in recent times.
He was recently asked to step aside for confronting team manager of the team over his decision to take his girlfriend to WA for their premier league game against All Stars.
Zacharias resumed his position last week ahead of their premier league game with Ebusua Dwarfs which they won 2-0 at the Robert Mensah Stadium.
“Everybody want a good coach and everybody want to be the President and my President he loves football but he listening to false information, all lying informations and so my work has been very difficult.
“From Portugal I come alone and I work with my system and my system supports me, all players support me and all the supporters like me but sometimes no.
“Some players and some people who don’t understand and try to destroy it and report me but that is the way,” he told reporters.
“I am strong enough for fight and make story in Ghana because last season I make story in Guinea, to proceed what I want is to show good football.
“Wonderful football, and is possible, last season my performance in Conakry saw some players gain contracts in Europe, but some people and part of the playing body don’t want to give me chance”.
Bechem United is now on 7th position on the Ghana Premier League table with 35 points.
Manuel Zacharias has qualified the Bechem based side to MTN FA Cup, coming up against Okwahu United to be played on September 4, at the Cape Coast Stadium.
