Accra Hearts of Oak can use returnee Winful Cobbinah in their subsequent Ghana Premier League matches after the receiving his International Transfer Certificate.
Cobbinah has made a return to Hearts after failed stints in the Saudi Arabian league with A Al- Riyadh.
With the arrival of his ITC he is now eligible to feature in games for Hearts.
