The Black Maidens will take on Korea DPR in the quarter finals of the ongoing FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup in Jordan.
The U17 female team after losing their opening game to Japan bounced back with back to back wins to progress to the knockout stage of the competition.
They defeated Paraguay 1-0 on Saturday evening to finish second in their group.
Coach Evans Adotey’s side will have it all to do when they come up against the very sharp Koreans who finished winners of Group C.
