Black Stars defender Jonathan Mensah showers praise on his Ghanaian teammates at Columbus Crew

Ghana ace Jonathan Mensah is itching to play again along his compatriots at club side Columbus Crew.

The 27-year old who was recently rewarded with OhioHealth humanitarian award by Columbus Crew for his role in promoting human welfare in Ohio, took to his Twitter handle to reveal how eager he is to join force with his supportive Ghanaian brothers in the coming season.

Mensah together with Harrison Afful, Abubakar Alhassan and Mohammed Abu helped US Major League side Columbus crew reach the MLS play offs this season after an impressive show throughout the season.

Jonathan Mensah signed before the start of the 2016/2017 season as a Designated Player from Russian side Anzhi Makachkala and has had a great period with his compatriots at Columbus crew.
