Black Stars winger Thomas Agyepong made an injury return after playing 18 minutes of NAC Breda's defeat to AZ Alkamaar in the Dutch Eredivise.

The Ghanaian winger has been out for four months with injury but came on to replace Ria Vloet in the 72nd minute with NAC three goals down.

Agyepong was very effective for the Yellow and Blacks, as he helped get a consolation. The game ended 3-1 for the former Dutch Champions.

However, the on-loan Manchester City forward return to action will be important NAC Breda as they strive to finish the season in a respectable position.

Thomas Agyepong was handed his national team debut by Black Stars Coach Kwesi Appiah in the game as Ethiopia and the 21 year old had a brilliant game and has since been a regular part of the national team.
