Ajax Amsterdam have re-signed Daley Blind from Manchester United on a four-year deal.
The 28-year-old defender returns to his boyhood club for a fee which may rise to more than £18m, four years after leaving the Netherlands to join the Red Devils.
Blind made 90 Premier League appearances during his time at Old Trafford, but he failed to establish himself as a first-team regular under Jose Mourinho.
He was part of the squad that defeated Ajax in the Europa League final back in May of 2017, amassing four major honours during his stint in England.
To play for the biggest club in the world with such a history meant a lot to me.

The Dutch international found himself marginalised last season, making only seven Premier League appearances.
Blind said it was an honour to have represented Manchester United, but he's now looking forward to going back to the place he calls 'home'.
"To play for the biggest club in the world with such a history meant a lot to me. I had four great years with four trophies," he said in a statement.
"I want to thank everyone, the managers, coaches, the medical department, everyone who helped me to settle in so quick at the beginning, of course my teammates and last but definitely not least the fans.
"I want to thank you for all the love and support I received and still get. I will never forget some of the special games and moments, I will miss the 'Theatre of Dreams'! But now it's time to go home."
Manchester United are 12/1 to win the Premier League title next season and 4/5 to finish in the top four.
