Bofoakwa FC’s appeal against the Disciplinary Committee’s fine of GHc10,000 has been dismissed by the GFA Appeals Committee.
In effect , the ruling of the Disciplinary Committee shall stand.

We have read the decision of the Disciplinary Committee in this matter and have also examined the grounds of appeal together with the statement of case of the appellant.. The Committee is satisfied that the decision of the Disciplinary Committee is not wrong in law. We further hold that the fine imposed by the Disciplinary Committee is appropriate. DECISION The appeal is hereby dismissed.
