Bolga All Stars owner and Northern Region RFA chairman Abdulai Alhassan is satisfied with his performance in their Ghana Premier League game with Hearts at the Tamale Utrecht Park on Wednesday.

The 30-year-old was registered by the club during the second transfer window which opened two weeks ago.

Mr Alhassan who is 30 years came on in the second half and played 25 minutes as his side drew 3-3 with Hearts.

"I thought it wise to do this-something that has never happened before and wanted to motivate my boys by playing with them," he told Joy FM

"I think you can see what happened, we actually won the game but a silly mistake by our goalkeeper gave Hearts the chance to equalise.

"The coach knows me very well and i think i didn't give my best today but the third goal came when i was brought on."
