Boro Primorac to leave Arsenal after 20 years!

Arsenal are set to lose Arsene Wenger's assistant Boro Primorac this summer.

Reports suggest that the 62-year-old will leave the Emirates Stadium at the end of the season to take up the manager's role at Turkish club Konyaspor.

Primorac has been Wenger's right-hand man for more than two decades after linking up with him at Japanese side Nagoya Grampus back in 1995 when the Frenchman took over.

The former Yugoslav national team coach followed Wenger to England in 1997 and has been with him at Arsenal ever since.

It is believed that Primorac will say goodbye to North London at the culmination of the current campaign after agreeing to take up Konyaspor on their offer.

The expected departure of the first team assistant only adds further fuel to the fire that Wenger could be on his way out at Arsenal at the conclusion of his 21st season as Gunners boss.

Wenger has already lost trusted academy boss Andries Jonker and former star player Freddie Ljungberg to German club VfL Wolfsburg as the holes begin to form within his backroom staff.
