Bournemouth winger Fraser aiming for 100 Scotland caps

Bournemouth attacker Ryan Fraser has stated that he is aiming to win a century of caps for the Scotland national team.

Having been largely ignored by former manager Gordon Strachan, Ryan Fraser has recently returned to the fold for the Scotland national team under Malky Mackay and the 23-year-old is now looking to become a regular for the Tartan Army, with his eyes already set on earning 100 international caps.

Fraser told the Evening Express: "Malky Mackay is saying 'try to get to 50 caps or 100' and that's what I'm going to try to do.

"I've just got to keep doing what I'm doing at Bournemouth, make more of an impact down there this season and go from there.

"It's more publicised down there than up here. No disrespect to the Scottish Premiership, it's a good league, but I'm up against the world's best.

"Every team you come up against you try to find a weak spot, you think 'who are we going to play on?'. But there is no weak spot, everyone is just as good.I try to do my best and if I can prove myself in that league then I'm on the right track."
