ANDRE AYEW is on the verge of sealing his move to English Premier League side West Ham as he will undergo a medical with the Hammers in the coming hours.
According to media reports in the UK, Swansea have agreed a deal with West Ham United for Andre to be released.
Swansea are reported to have accepted the £20m tabled by West Ham to help them sign Ayew.
Ayew, 26, was on the Hammers' transfer hitlist last summer but they failed to reach a deal on the terms of his personal demands.
