Burnley chasing Leicester striker Ahmed Musa

Burnley are chasing Leicester City striker Ahmed Musa.

The Mirror says Burnley are offering Premier League rivals Leicester a hefty loan fee to take Musa on a season-long deal.

Nigerian international attacker Musa, 24, scored for the Foxes in their 4-1 League Cup win at Sheffield United on Tuesday night.

It was his first appearance of the season and he has rarely featured since Craig Shakespeare took control at the King Power in February.

But Leicester are trying to get their money back on the star by demanding a permanent deal after paying CSKA Moscow £16.6million last summer.
