Medeama SC are still without a win in their CAF Confederation Cup campaign after drawing 1-1 with Young Africans in Tanzania. The Tarkwa based side had to come from a goal down to ensure they earn a point in the game.

Young Africans who just as Medeama are without a win took the lead very early in the game to unsettle the Ghanaian side.

Coach Prince Owusu and his side responded positively as they equaled the scores with a fine strike from Bernard Ofori in the 21 minutes.

What the result means is that the Yellow and Mauves are still without a win and are now placed third in Group A with 2 point after three matches.

The Ghana FA Cup and Super Cup Champions will host Young Africans in the return encounter at the Essipong Stadium in a fortnight time.
