Celtic's Hat-Trick Hero Moussa Dembele Adamant That Celtic Can Shock Heavyweights Barcelona

Fresh off a hat-trick from the weekend's Old Firm derby,20-year-oldCeltic sensationMoussa Dembele believes his new teamcan cause an upset when they face Barcelona in the Champions League on Tuesday.


Revvedup for their tripto the Catalan city, Celtic willlook to open their Champions League campaign in a positive manner, and former Fulham striker Dembele feels his side can be quietly confident about their chances at the Camp Nou.

Speaking to reporters after Celtic's 5-1 win over their most bitter of rivals, Dembele stated:"We are capable of going to Barcelona and getting a result.We are going there to give everything and to come away with something.''


Dembele alsosaid he is ready to start in Spain if called upon, and will take heart from netting his first senior hat trick over theweekend.The Frenchman added:


"If I have to start then I will be ready like every game," he said. "As a player you have to be ready for every challenge and that is what I do.When the manager needs me I am here. I think I showed what I am about and it is good for the team.''

Celtic and Barca have already met this calendar year on July 30th in the International Champions Cup, and although it was their first pre-season game, the Catalans triumphed on that occasion, winning 3-1 with Arda Turan in scintillating form.


Following Barcelona's shock 1-2 reverse to newly promoted La Liga side Alaves over the weekend, Luis Enrique's men will be hoping to get that result out of their system as quickly as possible anda dominant display against the Scottish side could well be on the cards.
