The FA Cup Committee (FACC) have announced that this year's competition will begin on March 22 across the country.
The MTN FA Cup is set to thrill lower division sides when they begin at the preliminary stages of the competition.
Premier League clubs will have to wait and join the competition at a latter date after the preliminary stages.
This year's competition which was launched today at the M Plaza Hotel in Accra with exciting draws would see teams play in zones.
All teams in the preliminary stages would receive GH600 while MTN airtimes would only be given to teams that would qualify from the preliminary stage.
