The English champions progressed to the last eight by beating Spanish title-chasers Sevilla in a 3-2 aggregate victory.
The first legs will be played on 11-12 April, with the return games on 18-19 April.
The final takes place at Cardiff's Principality Stadium on Saturday, 3 June.
