Dutch Eerste side GO Ahead Eagles have cancelled the contract of Ghana forward Shadrach Eghan.
He joined the GO Ahead Eagles from Danish side Vendyssel FF at the start of the 2017 season but was unable to churn out regular playing minutes, failing to hit the back of the net in six appearances.
The 23-year-old Akosombo-born striker was relieved from his frustration as he was loaned to SC Telstar in the second half of the campaign.
Eghan returned to GO Ahead Eagles in summer following the end of his loan spell; however, the club has decided to rescind his contract - which is left with one year to run.
GO Ahead Eagles was his fifth Dutch club after featuring for Jong FC Twente and FC Twente and SC Telstar.
He also had spells with Norwegian Clubs Vendsyssel FF and Stabæk.
