Dwarfs close to signing former Wa All Stars youngster Wadudu Yakubu

Ghana Premier League side Ebusua Dwarfs are on the verge of completing the signing of former Wa All Stars defender Yakubu Abdul Wadudu. 

The 22 year old could be joining the Cape Coast based club after the expiration of his contract with the former Ghana Premier League Champions.

Dwarfs who had an impressive season last term, finishing sixth on the league log have stepped up preparations in beefing up their squad for the upcoming season.

According to information gathered by footballghana.com, the deal is almost complete and player confirmed on radio, Dwarfs are interested in his services.

“My wish is to play in the top flight of Ghana football and I love the urgency of [Dwarfs’] Management to sign me,” Yakubu told YES FM.

Yakubu, 22, is one of the finest youngster in the Ghana Premier League.

The former Wa All Stars player is revered for his ability in taking set pieces and he would be a great addition to Dwarfs ahead of the season.
