Ex-Everton, West Ham striker Valencia dumped by Ecuador

Former Everton and West Ham striker Enner Valencia has been suspended by the Ecuadorian FA.

The Sun says Valencia has been booted out of Ecuador's national team - for allegedly partying on the eve of a crucial World Cup qualifier.

The 27-year-old striker, a £12million Hammers buy from Pachuca in 2014, scored 10 goals in 68 games before spending last season on loan to Everton.

He joined Mexican club Tigres UANL for an undisclosed fee in July.

Valencia and four national teammates have now been suspended indefinitely by the Ecuador FA after they reportedly escaped their team hotel in Quito on Tuesday night.
