Former Asante Kotoko coach Abdul Razak is urging fans of the club to stay calm despite their recent poor form.
Pressure is mounting on acting coach Frimpong Manso following their 3-1 defeat to Hearts of Oak in the Ghana @60 cup match played at the Accra Stadium on Monday.
This defeat means Kotoko have not won any game in open play in their last 8 games.
Already some fans think coach Frimpong is not good enough to help change things.
But former coach Abdul Razak popularly known as ‘Golden Boy’ says Frimpong will need time to change things.
“You know he(Manso) is caretaker coach at the moment. The coach who took the job has left, so it’s very difficult to gel the team considering his style and the players available to him," he spoke to Sports Cusaders.com
“So I think he needs time and we cannot blame him(Manso) for everything. Lets see the way forward and put things together.”
