Fast growing Ghanaian club Phar Rangers have signed on former Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak coach David Duncan as their Sports Director.
Duncan was unveiled on Thursday at the Swiss Sports to start a project that looks very promising.
"I didn't know the project was that big, yet accepted the offer to be part of Phar Rangers.I am happy to be part of this project," he said.
David Duncan last job was with Kumasi Asante Kotoko in 2016.
Phar Rangers are competing in the GN Division One League and are in zone III of the competition.
