The Sun says Nkoudou is a target for Bundesliga side FCKoln.
Nkoudou struggled at Spurs last season after his arrival from Marseille and they are ready to cut their losses on the 22-year-old.
Koln finished in fifth last season and qualified for Europe and they want to add Nkoudou to their squad for next season.
