FIFA U17 World Cup: European football agents monitoring Ghanaian players

The impressive performance dished out by some of the Ghanaian players at the ongoing FIFA U17 World Cup is said to have impressed a few agents, who are in contact with a few foreign clubs.

According to reports a number of scouts have been present in the stadiums during the matches at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi, to witness Ghana's games.

Now, it has also come to light that a player agent from France has shown some interest in a few of the Ghanaian players who have played promising football during their two Group A matches, according to our sources.

As many as 14 scouts have already been in certain venues of the FIFA U17 World Cup, monitoring different players. A number of them are from clubs in the top European leagues, we can confirm. Premier League giants Manchester City, Arsenal and Manchester United have all sent their scouts to India for the World Cup.

Meanwhile, Bundesliga club Frieburg, Serie A side Sampdoria, Turkish giants Galatasaray, and the US football fedderataion have also sent their scouts to the country.
