Real Madrid legend Luis Figo says his old club need "to find a solution" for James Rodriguez.
A target for Manchester United, Inter Milan and Chelsea, James wants to leave Real over a lack of playing opportunities under coach Zinedine Zidane.
Real are demanding £70 million to sell the Colombian, which is putting off suitors.
Figo, meanwhile, has urged both parties to work together, explaining: "This year James did not play as much as any player wants, but that does not mean he is not a great player and we'll see what will happen.
"It's a personal decision. He and Real must look for a solution."
