Former Bechem United and Aduana Stars trainer, Milislav Bogdanovic has expressed his desire to take over the coaching reins at Division One League campaigners Okwawu United.
The 56 year-old Montenegrin who gained infamy for allegedly pulling a gun on striker James Abban during his tenure with Aduana believes he can qualify Okwawu for the premiership just as he did with Bechem United in 2012/13 season.
His intent to claim the job comes on the back of Okwawu United indefinitely suspending their substantive coach Mohammed Gargo for vacating his post without permission.
“I love coaching traditional clubs because when the going becomes tough you fall on the unflinching support of the fans to deliver and I love the way the club supporters behave.
“After wild allegations against me during my reign at Aduana, clubs like Hearts had shown interest in me but the allegation put them off which was unfortunate”, he told FM Starr Sports.
Okwawu after the first round of the Zone 3 Division One League lie fifth with 26 points.
Bogdanovic is currently available after mutually terminating his contract with another division one side Tano Bofoakwa.
