Former Ghana winger Laryea Kingston heaps praises on Kotoko goalkeeper Felix Annan

Former Black Stars winger Laryea Kingston has heaped praises on Kumasi Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Felix Annan.

The Black Stars B goalkeeper has been outstanding in the Ghana Premier League this season. Felix Annan who joined parent club Kotoko after a season long loan at WAFA has been the number one since.

Laryea Kingston, who is junior brother to former Ghana goalkeeper Richard Kingston popularly known as “Olele” said on the legends night show that Felix Annan is currently the best goalkeeper in the Ghana Premier League.

“For me he (Felix Annan) is the best on the local scene because he start the game very well. Any time I watch him he is calm and I also like the fact he is confidence level is very high,” he said on GhOne.

“He can launch quick counter attacks from the back, organise his defense and his passes are accurate. All in all he is a very good modern goal keeper”, Laryea added.

Felix Annan has been first choice goalkeeper for the porcupine Warriors but faces competition from fellow premier league rival goalkeeper, Aduana Stars Joseph Addo for a place in the Black Stars B team.
