Former Accra Great Olympics player coach Godwin Attram has blamed the management of the club for the teams’ woeful performance in the Ghana Premier League.

Accra Great Olympics lie 15th in the Ghana Premier League after 20 games and looks set for another relegation dog fight just a season after gaining promotion.

Coach Godwin Attram left the club after being demoted to the assistant role.

Management of the club appointed Swede trainer Tom Strand to lead the team, dropping the former Ghana player to the assistant coach which sparkled a lot of controversy.

"The supporters knew that I was doing well for the club but the management took a hasty decision to demote me," Attram pointed out.

"For now, they have seen that I was trying to build a strong squad for the club."

The beleaguered Olympics legend left the club and nothing has really changed despite a bit of resurgence early in the second round.

Accra Great Olympics will host Champions Wa All Stars in the Match Day 21 of the Ghana Premier League.
