Fritz Baffour to give up politics for Great Olympics

Fritz Baffour, a Ghanaian journalist, politician and communications consultant has declared his intentions of taking up football when he is done with politics.

The ex-member of Parliament for Ablekuma South constituency and the Minister for Information says he will take up football administration when he hangs his political gear this year.

Fritz Baffour who is currently a board member of Accra Great Olympics , says he will fully get involved in the management of the club.

“I have decided to quit politics this year and when I do that, I plan to help run Great Olympics, a club I have always supported.”

“I am currently a board member of the club, but I want to be fully involved in the running now and I will do so right after I walk out of politics.” He told Joy FM’s George Addo Jnr.

The Accra based club gained promotion into the Ghana Premier League set to kick of on December 18, 2016 under the tutelage of former GFA vice president Fred Pappoe who will have to accommodate Fritz Baffour when he arrives to do club business.
