Ghana defender Baba Rahman is on the radar of German side Schalke 04.
Baba has finally returned to the pitch training with his club Chelsea after recuperating from an injury which kept him out of a year.
The Sporting Director of Schalke, Christian Heidel, has reiterated their desire to acquire the 23-year old.
Heidel told Kicker, “Baba has now been fully training for two weeks. We are in talks with Chelsea, and the doctors of both clubs are in contact. [If he is ready to play in a couple weeks] that would be fine for us, but what we do not want is that he needs two more months, because then the second half of the season is almost over.”
Recently Chelsea manager Antonio Conte in a presser noted that he was unsure of Baba's future at the club.
