Ghana midfielder Gershon Koffie has returned to his club Hammarby IF after ending his loan spell at New England Revolution.
The 25-year-old made 23 appearances for the Revs after re-joining the side in May.
But the Ghana international has returned to the Swedish side following the expiration of his loan deal.
The Ghanaian moved back to the club on a loan deal from Swedish side Hammarby IF, where he was sold in January.
The former Ghana Under-20 international was initially signed by New England from Vancouver in February of last year.
He is expected to be revived on his second spell after struggling initially when he joined Hammarby IF.
