Ghana forward Kevin Prince Boateng has expressed satisfaction at new club Eintracht Frankfurt since joining in the summer.

The attacker shockingly left Spanish side, Las Palmas after he was rewarded a three year deal following an amazing debut season in La Liga, where he scored 10 goals to help the club maintain their stay in the League.

Boateng returned to the German Bundesliga citing reason as wanting to be close to his family. The 29 year old is enjoying his return to Germany where he has already scored once in the League.

The former A C Milan forward told the club’s website he is happy with the progress at the club.

“Absolutely, I’m very happy so far. There’s always room for improvement, of course. My fitness is improving game by game, which should allow me to make decisive contributions on a more frequent basis,” he told the Club’s website eintracht.de.

The striker who played most of his football in Germany before moving to England has been bedeviled with injuries in recent times but was excited the improvement in his fitness levels. He added being closer to his family has also helped him.

“I’ll be fully fit again soon, I promise you. The move [to Eintracht] is also paying dividends off the pitch, as I’m now closer to my family. I’m really happy about that too.”

The Ghanaian has now played over 100 games in the Bundesliga and will be involved in an emotional game against his former Club Borrusia Dortmund this weekend.
