Ghana Premier League delay frustrates GFA vice president George Afriyie

This season's Ghana Premier League is set for more delays as an Accra High court adjourned Accra Great Olympics injunction hearing  to Feb 21.

The standoff means the delay start of the league will continue unabated until a resolution is reached between the two parties.

This frustrates Ghana FA vice president George Afriyie who would have wished the league had started last weekend.

"It is frustrating, i need to admit that because it is not easy but who cause am? he asked

"It is one of the things we have to find a way to eradicate from our football because it is not helping.

"As a regulatory body we need to look at our rules and check if there is something we are not doing right, we check and do them because we can't continue like this."
