Black Stars captain, Asamoah Gyan warmed the bench as Kayserispor draw 0:0 at Bursaspor in the ongoing Turkish Super Lig on Saturday.
The Ghana international, who recovered from an injury during the during pre-season, was kept on the bench in the game against Bursaspor.
Head coach Ertugrul Saglam could be sending signals that the experienced forward will not feature in his plans.
The 33 year old forward is determined to roll back the years after shaking off his injury worries which restricted him to 12 appearances last season.
However, his countryman and fellow Ghana international Bernard Mensah lasted the entire duration.
