Ghana U20 coach applauds players for thumping Ethiopia

Ghana U20 male coach Masud Dramani has praised his team for anihialiating Ethiopia 4-0 to reach the final round of the 2017 African Youth championship qualifier.

The Black Satellites scored two goals in each half through a brace from Yaw Yeboah and the other goals from striker Dauda Mohammed and Yaw Donkor to on Monday afternoon at the Cape Cost stadium.

Ghana by virtue of that score line qualifies to next stage on a 5-2 aggregate score line after losing the first leg in Addis Ababa 2-1.

“The players for me were simply amazing and played very well,” said Didi after the game

“I knew what I had taught them going into the game so we were just going unto the pitch to play our game”

“We had two early goals which was so important and then the other goals came in the second half- I want to congratulate the players and I know we have to work hard because there is more work to be done.”

Ghana will now play Senegal who eliminated Tunisia in the final round qualifier.

The Black Satellites finished third at the last edition of the tournament which was staged in Senegal 2015.
