Ghanaian winger, Bernard Morrison who plays for Orlando Pirates, has earned the praises of head coach Mulitin Sredojevic following his return to form in South Africa.

The former Ashantigold winger scored a brace as Orlando Pirates defeated Ajax Cape Town 2-0 to progress in the NetBank Cup. Following his inspiring form, former Uganda Coach Mulitin Sredojevic praised the winger for playing a key role in the club's progress.

“He brings good spirit in the team. We are always in a good mood. He is the one spicing up the good mood in the team,” the Serbian said.

“His hard work has paid off. But at the same moment he has done a thing from what he is capable of. He must continue working hard.”

Bernard Morrison struggled when he arrived in South Africa from AS Vita, with inconsistent form and uncertainties surrounding his future.

His relationship with former Coach Muhsin Ertugul grew frosty and was put on the transfer list at a point.

However, the winger has return to the form that had several clubs chasing him for his signature and the reason why Orlando Pirates signed him.

Coach Mulitin Sredojevic will be hoping Bernard Morrisopn remains consistent for the South African giants.
