Ghanaian wingerThomas Agyepong has revealed he struggles with the cold in European during winter.

The Nac Breda winger on loan from Machester City explains his muscles become 'vulnerable' when temperatures fall.

"This weather is not for me. Due to the low temperatures, the muscles are hard and less supple, making these muscles even more vulnerable,'' Agyepong told BN/De Stem.

For me, that applies to an extreme degree; I am an explosive player and come from a warm country,"

Leaving Ghana at age 14 to go on trials at Celtic, he recalled it was a period of winter and he struggled to cope.

"It was so incredibly cold. I did not know what happened to me. We were not allowed to wear gloves, while white flakes fell from the air.

'What is this?' I had never seen snow before. My hands were frozen after training and I could hardly move my feet.

"Do you know what I think is the worst? Go inside and then have to sweat out again for the second half. That is only cold."
