Ghanaian player Caleb Ekuban told he can leave Leeds United after miserable spell

Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa has told Ghanaian striker Caleb Ekuban he's free to leave the club before the transfer window closes as first-team football will be hard to come by this season.

Ebukan, 24, joined the Lilly-Whites at the start of last season on a four-year but has struggled to make an impact in the team making 21 appearances and scoring twice.

The striker has been plagued by injuries since joining the side with manager Marcelo Bielsa opting to leave him out of the squad for the upcoming season.

The club have told the former Chievo Verona striker to look elsewhere with the English Championship side keen to consider offers frominterested clubs.

He was the second best scorer in the Albanian top flight league during the 2016/17 season.
